COPALUM Crimps

COPALUM crimps before and after the application of the UL listed heat-shrink.

COPALUM Crimps

Fit nicely in a small pancake electrical box. These conductors can be nicely coiled in to avoid stress on the brittle aluminum wires.

COPALUM Crimp-Cut

Shows the cold weld-AL and CU wires "cold-welded" together. The crimping process creates one sold wire, where no expansion or contraction can loosen a connection and the gas-tight crimp does not allow any oxidation to occur.

COPALUM Crimps

Shows the perforated liner that is integral part of removing the oxidation on the wires during crimping process. The crimp is crushed with 10,000lbs of force creating a cold-weld.
